Our response to COVID-19- At Gallina Management, the health and well-being of our customers, colleagues and communities are our top priority. In response to the coronavirus pandemic, please note the following adjustments to our services until further notice:
In support of community health, all Gallina Management Inc. offices will be suspending face to face services, and as such our office lobbies will be closed to the public, effective Monday 3/23/20. However, we are still here for our residents. All offices will be staffed for the regularly scheduled hours and communication with both the corporate office and our on-site management teams will be available either through a phone call or email.
In order to comply with Public Health Madison and Dane County’s Emergency Order #14 all individuals entering any of our buildings are required to wear a face covering or mask. Person to person showings in occupied apartments continue to be suspended until further notice. We are currently showing vacant apartments with the proper safety measures. Our on-site team members are also available to assist with providing leasing information through either an email or a phone call. We are happy to walk you through our availability via our website – we are still here to help you find your perfect apartment home.
Maintenance in individual apartments will resumed the week of 9/8/20, while following all health and safety precautions.as outlined in Emergency Order #14 as well as the CDC and all other governmental authorities.
Emergency Maintenance – This procedure has not changed. Please continue to call in as needed, during business and non-business hours.
Our on-call staff will continue to be available for emergency maintenance during non-business hours.
We will continue to monitor this evolving situation and we will get through this together, and keep you informed regarding ongoing adjustments to Gallina Management’s services.
